Pay Range:
$22.00-$24.50 based on experience
Essential Job Functions: Provide support to Membership staff with phone calls, general correspondence, handling walk-ins and assembling membership packages. Assist with Member’s website reservations, questions, policies, concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner. Take photos and imprint on membership cards as needed for applicable membership categories. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Assist Director in Member event planning. Assist Director and Membership Marketing Coordinator in any working projects.Screens and directs calls to appropriate departments.
Greets internal associates and external guests, clients and candidates and provides HR assistance and information to assist them.
Performs wide range of duties relative to the maintenance and processing of associate records.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, Webex conference calls and department functions.
Sorts daily mail and distributes; accordingly, prepares certified postage for daily and overnight mailings.
Complete written and verbal verifications of employment for active and former associates
Distribution of incoming mail and packages to departments/employees. Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent. 2 years' experience in private/club operations or equivalent preferred.Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Office applications. Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of HR information, issues, and communications. Knowledge of Webex conference call/presentation platform and set-up. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive, professional demeanor and approach to work. Exceptional organization skills; ability to multitask. Dependable and reliable attendance. Physical Demands: Typical office environment.
