Under general direction, provides administrative support to the shipping and receiving group. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Data entry of DEA inventory. + Regular contact with management, drivers and 10 Day Facilities. + Maintains DEA Files. + Reports month end DEA inventory. + Works closely with department managers concerning DEA materials. + Maintains accurate records. + Several methods of communication within scope of work and outside plant vendors/locations. + DEA Reporting + Supports shipping and receiving duties as required. This will include receiving trailers/manifests. + Provide coordination and support for daily operations of facility including data management. + Track waste shipments with disposal facilities. + Manage the office phone. Answer and reroute all incoming phone calls. + Manage life cycle of printed manifests, including Land Disposal Restrictions (LDRs) associated paperwork and labels - printing, CC Scanning, mailing to customers and mailing to states. + Sign manifests that end at the facility and create billing packets (based on location permitting and need). + Perform office administrative tasks - maintain electronic and paper files, rosters, contact lists; accurately update files, reports, spreadsheets and documentation; sort and distribute mail. + Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management. **Basic Requirements:** + High school diploma or GED + 1+ years of experience in data entry + Pass DEA background check **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree is a plus + Demonstrates excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Attention to Detail – Demonstrates the ability to review or proofread work for accuracy; complete specific projects or assignments independently; concentrates on tasks at hand, even in distracting work environments. + Adaptability – Ability to modify behavior, as needed to maintain effectiveness in a changing situation; and with varying tasks, responsibilities, or people. + Demonstrates the ability to efficiently manage own time, activities and resources.
