Administrative Assistant I
Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant I to join our team in Tucker, Georgia. In this role, you will handle a variety of clerical duties, manage communications, and provide administrative support. You will be tasked with coordinating cross-platform operations for multiple retail compliance programs and resolving issues in JIRA project workflows. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle all incoming telephone calls, routing them to the appropriate parties • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors to the laboratory • Create and review initial tickets in JIRA, ensuring data is replicated in other systems • Monitor pending tickets and follow-up with responsible parties as needed • Identify and problem-solve potential ambiguities with a keen attention to detail • Update documentation related to projects and JIRA Products, such as SOPs, user documentation, and Product Templates • Provide support and training for new JIRA users, contributing to continual process improvement initiatives • Coordinate procurement and logistics for retail shopper programs • Perform data entry for multiple retail compliance programs • Work both independently and with project teams, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience in Data Entry and Documentation • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Proven experience in Training and Compliance • Ability to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls • Experience in Supervising and managing About Time • Knowledge of Logistics and ability to handle Vendors • Experience in Clerical Duties and Retail sector • Familiarity with Procurement processes • Understanding of Standard Operation Procedure • Excellent Coordination skills • Experience with JIRA and Ticketing System • Ability to work with Templates and resolve issues • Experience working with Project Teams • Knowledge of Software Application and Cross-Platform systems.
