Position Title Administrative Assistant II, Business Services FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Department Business Services Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Hourly Rate 12.94 Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Thu 7:30-5:30 Fri 7:30-11:30 Summary of Position Performs moderate to complex administrative tasks to assist the Associate Vice Chancellor/Chief Strategic Officer of Business Services Division. Minimum Required Education High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum Required Experience Six years wage earning clerical experience or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school or (30 credit hours) and two years wage earning clerical experience or Associates Degree and one year wage earning clerical experience is required.

A copy of certificates and/or college transcripts is required with application for evaluation purposes. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to write and speak clearly. Demonstrated knowledge of English grammar. Ability to proof and edit documents for accuracy and consistency. Working knowledge of functional filing systems, both manual and computerized. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality concerning sensitive organizational and personnel matters.
