**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with outstanding attention to detail and excellent communication skills to provide support to the Sensors & Electronics Solutions team.
Duties include:
+ Perform general administrative and secretarial support tasks for multiple supervisors and staff members.
+ Manage telephone calls and take messages.
+ Coordinate meetings and conference calls to include setup, minutes, and action item follow-up to ensure completion.
+ Manage calendars for managers and staff.
+ Receive and escort visitors.
+ Create documents in MS Word, creates spreadsheets in Excel, and presentations in PowerPoint.
+ Monitor various program documents to ensure proper format and markings and that appropriate policies and procedures are correctly implemented.
+ Proofread records, forms, letters and other documentation for typographical and other mistakes.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
+ Assist staff in processing timesheets.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ High School Diploma / GED and 5 years administrative support experience
+ A customer-oriented attitude towards work and team members
+ Ability to remain self-motivated at all times
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with profound ability to interact effectively with others
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to prioritize with strong problem solving skills
+ Proven written and verbal communication skills
+ Adept at making travel and accommodation arrangements and in travel expense recording using Concur
+ High skill level with Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Min $32,580 - $52,110

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $32580 - $52110
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
