Position SummaryYou will perform critical administrative and clerical tasks that support the Utah Building Environment Business Unit. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:• Answer incoming phone calls and accurately route calls using professional and pleasant phone etiquette• Serve as first point of contact to visitors• Process outgoing mail, FedEx, and internal mail on a daily basis• Perform a variety of filing and scanning• Facilitate communication and logistics pertaining to equipment shipping and bids• Assist various business units with administrative workload overflow as required• Assist with training new Administrative Assistants• Assist with various event preparation, setup, and takedown• Manage insurance certificates for various business unit divisions located in the state.• Order office supplies• Other duties as assigned Qualifications• High School diploma or equivalent• 3 years of office related clerical/administrative experience• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel• Good written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines• Excellent time management and task prioritization• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM• Basic reporting queries using SSRS Preferred Qualifications• No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
