SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant position supports the VP & Resident Mill Manager and will provide best-in- class expertise to fully support the Waco, TX paperboard manufacturing facility by providing Mill administrative leadership.

 

JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.

 

Coordination of Management daily/weekly/monthly/ appointments and schedules. Coordination and execution of Management daily/weekly/monthly/annual reports and documents. Management and coordination of visitors/vendors/salespersons seeking leadership contact. Development and coordination of Management travel and meeting plans. Lead and Manage annual CEO and VIP visits to the Waco, TX paperboard manufacturing facility. Lead and manage any other special guest visits to Waco, TX paperboard manufacturing facility. Develop and broadcast Management internal communications to appropriate areas. Responsible for 5S in the administrative floor office areas, meeting rooms, etc. Assist and work with all other departments within the facility or other areas of the company as required. Maintains and inventories Management supplies and support needs. Other duties as assigned.

 

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:

 

5+ years of demonstrated performance in a fast-paced administrative support role. Proficiency in MS Office software. Proficiency and experience in internet/administrative based applications such as Concur and SAP is highly preferred.

 

EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:

High School diploma of equivalent required. Associates or BS Degree, preferred.

 

SKILLS:

Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to changing work demands. Able to convey a sense of urgency and drive to perform and deliver expected results to the organization.
