Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital & Clinics is seeking a Administrative Assistant II to join our CLINC ADMIN-PEACH ST. CLINIC team!The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative leadership, coordinates appointments, groups, and non-clinical service ensuring overall efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for the coordination of daily secretarial operations including effective communication linkages within, as well as between, departments.
HOURS: Full Time 1.0 FTE, 80 Hours Biweekly
Experience/Qualifications
Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of an Associate Degree in Health or Business Administration. A Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Three to five years of progressively responsible office coordination including one year in a healthcare organization. Possesses a valid Driver’s License required. Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000/$300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single-limit liability. Possesses critical thinking skills, good communication skills, the ability to prioritize, the ability to work independently, attention to accuracy and timeliness in all work products and related work experience to develop and enhance skills. Computer literacy required relative to the software programs utilized at Wausau Hospital as well as department specific program requirements. Is self-directed and displays good judgment with attention to detail. Possesses good organizational skills.
