ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II (HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT)

CSC Minimum Qualification Standards:


Education    :       Completion of two years studies in college

Training         :       Four (4) hours of relevant training

Experience :       One (1) year of relevant experience

Eligibility     :       Career Service (Sub-professional) / 1st Level Eligibility

 

Preferred Qualification Standards:

 

Education    :       Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Development or any relevant course

Training         :       At least (4) hours of Relevant Training             

Experience :       At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment, 

Organizational Development and Performance

Management

Eligibility     :       RA 1080 (Registered Psychometrician) / Career Service 

Professional (2nd level)




JOB DESCRIPTION


Prepares Deliberation Documents

Sourcing of applications

Administers assessment instruments (IQ Tests and Technical Exams) and prepares assessment results.

Act as secretariat in HR Merit, Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB)  and Regional Performance Management Team (RPMT)

Prepares Congratulatory letters, appointments, oath of office, certifications and PDF of the newly hired staff

Assists the section head in the implementation of DSWD Performance Management System (DSPMS)

Maintain records of Individual Performance Summary of ratings

Prepares certification of Performance ratings

Acts as liaison to the CSC and other government agency 

Prepares reports (monthly, quarterly, semestral, annual reports)

Performs other related tasks.
