Salary Grade                   :  SG 8 (20,534.00)


CSC – Prescribed QS:  

   Education : Completion of 2 years studies in College

   Training : 4 hours of relevant training

   Experience : 1 year of relevant experience

   Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional) / 1st Level Eligibility

 

Preferred Qualification (Competency-Based):

  Education : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

  Training : 4 hours of relevant training

  Experience : At least 1 year relevant experience

  Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional) / 1st Level Eligibility

 

Job Description:

 

Prepares/types general correspondence, service records and other employment certificates.

Reproduces personnel forms.

Prepares personnel reports for submission to different concerned agencies.

Maintains/updates employees 201 file and other personnel records.

Computes various leave, pay and tardiness entitlements.

Prepares/processes payroll/vouchers.

Renders liaisoning work to GSIS, PhilHealth and other government agencies.

Performs other related tasks assigned.
