Role Overview

Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, and record keeping. Coordinate meetings and conferences, obtain supplies, and sort/distribute mail. Work on special projects to record, compile, retrieve, report, and analyze information. Multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. Utilize strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Work independently with minimal direction. Possess professional administrative assistant experience and possibly hold a professional certification.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems. Strong administrative coordination abilities. Customer service experience.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative support roles. Experience with data administration and procurement preferred.
