Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: 

Under limited supervision, provides general administrative support to the Stuttgart Plant Manager and Stuttgart leadership teamManages expenses and travelCalander management for the Plant ManagerAssembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, agendas, and correspondenceTranscribes notes, and researches and creates presentationsResearches and obtains information for reports and special assignments.Answers incoming phone calls for the plant and directs to the correct partiesGreets guests and contacts appropriate party for their visitAssists with departmental projects. Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Requires at least 5 years related experience.Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and data manipulation preferred.Must be able to prioritize work on multiple tasks and maintain organization.Excellent customer service skills.Keen ability to organize and prioritize duties for multiple departments.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
