**Pay Rate** : $40 per hour
**Job Overview** :
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a Senior Manager (Level 4) and a team of approximately 50 resources. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in administrative functions, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize accordingly.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ Provide administrative support by typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, and record keeping.
+ Coordinate meetings and conferences, including handling logistics and preparation.
+ Obtain supplies and manage mail sorting/distribution.
+ Assist with special projects involving recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
+ Manage complex administrative tasks with minimal direction.
+ Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy.
+ Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal teams and external stakeholders.
**Skills and Qualifications** :
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems).
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Experience in administrative coordination and customer service.
+ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
+ Professional administrative certification is preferred, but not required.
+ High level of competency and expertise in administrative functions.

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
