Administrative Assistant Infection Prevention
Overview The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative duties for the Quality Department which includes the Risk Management, Accreditation and Infection Prevention departments. These include but are not limited to processing and disseminating information, arranging meetings/conferences, data entry, Kronos record keeping, office reception, maintenance of files, maintenance of supplies and equipment, typing, mail handling, and prepares a variety of reports and documents using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other specialty programs. The Administrative Assistant demonstrates excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills. Works with the management teams. Reports to Director of Infection Prevention, and indirectly to Director of Risk Management and Director of Accreditation.
