This position is contingent upon contract award

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage a schedule of appointments/meetings for a manager, office, and/or function based on the priorities established by the government

Provide routine administrative support, to include appointment scheduling, calendar management, and attending NRO meetings

Perform backup administrative duties for other offices within the directorate/office

Assists new employees: ensure phone/voicemail is ready upon their arrival, add employees to required e-mail groups and directories

Provide meeting support to include conference room scheduling and technical setup such as computers, video, and audio

Coordinates order of office supplies and the repair of office equipment

Provide Government travel planning and coordination support as required

Interface with Travel Center, organize and submit travel voucher information, and maintain travel records on behalf of the traveler

Coordinate, track, and monitor administrative and program support activities

Provide correspondence support, to include drafting, proofreading, editing, and provide timely review of internal and external correspondence

Collaborate across the organization and consolidate input to produce staff packages for signature

Foster solid relationships that promote cooperation and communicate expectations for task completion

Plan, schedule, organize, and execute meetings, conferences, site visitors and off-sites

Provide ceremonial and visitor support for launch events and other official OSL functions, such as Changes of Command, retirements, and promotion ceremonies

Qualifications Required:

Associate’s degree with over 5 years of experience

2 years of NRO experience

TS/SCI with polygraph

Provides guidance to junior team members

Develops trusted relationships with Government leaders and with mission partners

Flexible systems thinker with the ability to deliver results quickly

Self-starter with effective time management skills

Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and communication skills, effective and clear written (and oral) communication ability, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills

Desired:

Bachelor’s degree with over 8 years or more of applicable experience

5 years of NRO experience

NRO Correspondence Course

Demonstrated ability to adapt and flex to the execution of multiple mission sets across a diverse set of programs and tasks

Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40 Standard; with the exception of when support is required for launch activities

Basic Compensation:

$50,100 - $75,200

This range is for the Los Angeles area only

Basic Compensation:

$45,800 - $68,700

This range is for the Colorado area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
