**JOB SUMMARY**
This Administrative Assistant IV position provides direct administrative support to the Programs Implementation & Engagement director and the leadership team. This vital role enables the leadership team to focus on major business objectives – Energy Efficiency, Electric Transportation, Renewables and Resiliency. This position will be located at the Georgia Power corporate office – 241 Ralph McGill Boulevard in Atlanta.
**Duties Include:**
+ Ensure timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and check requests.
+ Ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions and orders.
+ Ensure timeliness and accuracy of the timekeeping process.
+ Maintain online databases for content collaboration and file retention, primarily through Microsoft Teams.
+ Arrange meeting logistics including scheduling, location procurement, attendee invitations, room set-up, and catering.
+ Manage calendar and scheduling, prioritizing inquiries and troubleshooting conflicts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
+ Coordinate and secure accommodations for individual and team business travel.
+ Coordinate customer meetings at the corporate headquarters.
+ Record meeting minutes and track action items as needed.
+ Provide support to Programs Implementation & Engagement communications processes when needed.
+ Must be available to occasionally work after hours to support team efforts and/or projects.
+ Minimal travel for offsite meetings and events may be required occasionally.
**JOB EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:**
+ Significant administrative experience preferred.
+ Experience with Southern Company systems including Timekeeping, iExpense, and Oracle preferred.
+ Previous experience with CSS, STARS, timekeeping, Avaya AWFO, iExpense, vendor management, and calendar management.
+ Associate degree or higher desired.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES**
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Interest and curiosity in utility customer programs.
+ Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
+ Demonstrated leadership skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
