This is not your typical admin role. As an Administrative Assistant at Michels, your key responsibilities will be to provide administrative support to the company; schedule complex, multi-attendee meetings, assist with correspondence/coordination, make copies, maintain standard department materials and manage distribution. You will also check and prepare invoices for approval, prepare new invoices, route to Accounts Payable for repayment and complete necessary follow-up work. In addition, you will be responsible for other duties as assigned including but not limited to supporting project managers with timecard entries, various applications and project mapping, facilitating invoice billing, notarizing documents and performing transactional data entry into systems with a high degree of accuracy.

What it takes?

Associate’s Degree, 3+ years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask, be organized, and prioritize work
