+ HYBRID – PRIMARILY REMOTE – ONSITE MINIMUM OF ONE DAY PER WEEK OR AS BUSINESS NEEDS DICTATE **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
+ Provide Administrative Assistance across multiple departments within the Office of the President, Hospitals & Clinics, UW Medicine **DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION** Office of the President, Hospitals & Clinics, UW Medicine **PRIMARY DUTIES**
+ Independently manage and schedule for multiple Senior Directors and Directors
+ Exercise independent judgment when scheduling appointments, committees and other meetings according to the Director or Senior Director’s priorities
+ Independently plan and book travel arrangements for the Senior Directors and Directors, ensuring compliance with university rules and regulations
+ Prepare relevant documents and prepare for reimbursements
+ Support OPHC Departments with a wide variety of administrative tasks and questions related to UW Medicine policies and procedures
+ Create and manage a centralized system for gathering and maintaining departmental HR files
+ Manage the Admin Team Shared Inbox
+ Manage the annual process for updating required employment documents
+ Provide support for SharePoint site, including maintaining naming conventions, permissions, and retention schedules
+ Track supply inventory across multiple locations, communicate with administrative heads as needed to meet the supply needs of their departments **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
