This position will be a fully onsite role, and the schedule for this role is 8am-5pm.

 

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assist copy center by coordinating the reproduction process of graphical documents through scanning or digital printing.Produce hard copies of engineering drawings after reviewing files sent by customers, operate plotters for large prints, and perform various production-related procedures.Provide high-quality reprographics support, including design, printing, copying, laminating, and binding in a timely and efficient manner.Help promote a positive image of the organization through the production of professional documents for both internal and external use.Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.Maintain copy center supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies.Take responsibility for the presentation and appearance of the reception area.Daily reception coverage for breaks and lunch. Reception coverage when the receptionist is out of the office.Provide real-time scheduling support by booking rooms and preventing conflicts utilizing Outlook calendar.Coordinate FedEx/messenger, wrap/package drawings, and other deliverables as necessary.Assist with office moves and packing up offices.Refill paper in the print areas.Administrative support including typing, mailing, and scanning.The ability to lift 50 pounds.Other tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications

This position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and two years of experience working in an office environment.Prior experience should include working in a professional environment, meeting established production and accuracy goals, with the ability to maintain focus on details.Have strong oral and written communication skills. Be able to listen to clients’ questions, anticipate their needs, and satisfy inquiries.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.Comfortable with and embracing of modern technologies and digital tools, such as Apps, databases, workflow management, applications, and communications.Display a friendly, energetic, and personable demeanor.Excellent work ethic and the ability to multi-task.Needs to be flexible, a team player, a self-starter, and be open to occasional overtime.
