In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, and key project management and analytical services to Joint Commission International Senior Leadership Team members.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate.
ResponsibilitiesThis includes but not limited to:
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Business administration, management, or similar)2 years relevant experienceProven record of success in operational efficiency and execution. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proven experience providing support to senior level leaders in a professional services organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Expertise in MS Office products such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams and Zoom. Must be an initiative-taker, work independently and lead initiatives. Ability to complete tasks in a challenging environment. Outgoing, enthusiastic, and a driven personality required. Superior Time Management skills - understands prioritization of tasks. Demonstrated problem-solving abilityExcellent project management skills inclusive of understanding business operations, process decomposition, scoping, planning, analytical, needs requirement, organization, initiative & critical thinking skillsThe ability to reason and provide resolutions or alternative solutions.Must be willing to work as a team player with other the international sales and operations team members, Executive Assistants, and corporate staff.
