JLL Asset Beacon is a dynamic and growing organization committed to excellence and innovation in the PropTech industry. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and working in a vibrant office environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Respond to emails and digital queries promptly and professionally.
Manage calendars for senior staff, including scheduling and making travel arrangements.
Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets accurately.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering as needed.
Operate and maintain office equipment such as printers and copiers.
Collaborate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure office equipment is functional and supplies are replenished.
FinOps duties- (invoice, contract of vendors).
Assist in various special projects and tasks to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
