Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Concord, New Hampshire
Pay: $22 - $26 per hour
Schedule: 25 hours per week | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM | In-office
Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional looking for a part-time administrative role? We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in a dynamic and professional office environment. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients, vendors, and visitors with professionalism. Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing conference rooms, and coordinating logistics. Handle travel arrangements and maintain travel calendars. Process mail, courier services, and incoming/outgoing shipments. Track material costs for project teams and generate monthly reports. Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory. Support emergency action plan updates and internal communications. Create and update intranet articles and PowerPoint presentations. Assist with planning team events, celebrations, and recognition programs. Prepare project documentation, manuals, and binders. Support interview coordination and onboarding of new team members. Provide timely and organized responses to inquiries.Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in an administrative or receptionist role preferred (entry-level candidates will be considered). Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Microsoft Visio is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to multitask, and a customer-focused mindset. Work Ethic: Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Professionalism: Positive attitude and ability to provide a welcoming experience to visitors and team members.
