Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part time basis. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to office personnel. Will assist with creating documentation, filling, data entry and record keeping. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission while utilizing your Microsoft Excel expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with sourcing and interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and placing qualified candidates.
+ Assist in maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
+ Post job openings and maintain postings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Coordinate and conduct phone screenings and interviews with qualified candidates.
+ Provide support with administrative and project tasks as needed.
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely follow-ups and clear communication.
Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma required, with a preference for candidates who have completed some college coursework or hold an Associate's degree.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a strong emphasis on data management and analysis.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
+ Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
+ Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
+ Previous experience in administrative support roles is preferred but not required.
