At Pyramid Healthcare New River Valley Inpatient in Radford, we specialize in Substance Use Disorder treatment. Pyramid Healthcare Inc. has been in operations since 1999 and we currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 /hour

Schedule: Saturday - Sunday 9am-5pm

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

Manage the front office of the facility. Oversee the scheduling of all appointments. Oversee medical records filing/transcription/transfer of records Assemble client packets and keep them updated. Manage petty cash and purchasing of office and client supplies. Assist with intake process and billing sheets. Correspond with referral sources. Responsible for check requests, census and updating intake / discharge logs. Attends staff meetings and takes minutes. Maintains office equipment including corresponding with vendors when maintenance is required. Maintains policy and procedure book. Other duties as deemed necessary.

Education, Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Administrative Assistant/Secretarial experience
