Administrative Assistant - Primoris Heavy Civil

Primoris Heavy Civil is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Spring, Tx office.  We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment where every team member plays a crucial role in our success. 

Job Responsibilities

Along with Business Support team, successfully process the below for Houston Division of Heavy Civil Operations:

Accounts Payable duties, not limited to daily entry of supplier and subcontractor invoices; comparing invoices to purchase agreements and/or contracts, vendor inquiries and review of statements Payroll duties, which include weekly processing of division’s entered time in payroll program, pay adjustments, responding to inquiries, submission of certified payroll, OJT reporting Equipment duties, which include weekly processing of division’s entered equipment including analysis to ensure all equipment captures Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

Degree preferred (not required) Experience in payroll and accounts payable Intermediate Excel skills Knowledge of basic accounting concepts High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Effective communication, including writing, speaking and active listening Self- starter with initiative and team player mentality Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
