Quality Equipment Finance, a proud Tom Wood Group business, is searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Collections and Legal Team at our Indianapolis, Indiana office. Salary: $40,000 to $50,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday, in office position
Responsibilities:
Use your Excel expertise to track and manage data accurately.Perform administrative tasks like filing, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.Organize and update legal and collections documents to ensure timely workflows.Collaborate with the team to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Assist with other tasks as assigned.Qualifications:
Proven success in a similar role is a plus.Strong organizational and self-motivation skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Excel with a knack for numbers and data analysis.Experience in finance, legal, or collections is a bonus.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, in-office.Benefits:
