Quality Equipment Finance, a Tom Wood Group business, located in Indianapolis, Indiana is looking for an organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Collections and Legal Team. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is self-motivated, enjoys working with numbers, and has a knack for organization.
Salary: Range between $40,000 to $50,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday- In office
Responsibilities:
Assist with data entry, report generation, and documentation for collections and legal processesUtilize Excel for tracking and managing data with accuracyHandle routine administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and responding to inquiriesSupport the team in managing collections and legal documents, ensuring timely updates and organizationCollaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracyOther tasks as assignedQualifications:
Demonstrated success in a previous role preferredHigh level of organization, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyProficient in Excel; strong numerical and analytical skillsPrior experience in finance, law, or collections is a plusExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetAbility to work in-office full-timeBenefits:
