Administrative Assistant / Receptionist - Part Time

Riverside Community Care is hiring a Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to become part of our amazing team!

As the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist you will:

provide a warm reception to visitors at the front desk and provide assistance with their requests answer telephone and emails and direct caller to the appropriate individual(s) and/or program manage conference room schedules coordinate and distribute mail and deliveries (incoming and outgoing) maintain common areas and kitchen/office supplies as needed provide administrative support to the Human Resources team data entry in a variety of systems perform other administrative duties as assigned

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (20 hours per week); flexibility to cover afternoon shifts 12:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. as needed 

Rate: $20.60/hour
