HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACTYour Role:
Performs professional and technical administrative duties related to Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) Risk Management Office’s operation. Provides a variety of legal secretarial assistance in the hospital’s medical legal cases.Reports To:

None WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLYRequired Education:
High School Diploma or EquivalentPreferred Education:
Associate Degree or Bachelor's DegreeRequired Experience:
Three (3) years of secretarial experiencePreferred Experience:
Secretarial experience in a hospital or legal setting. Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality laws. Knowledge of medical records management. Knowledge of accounting.Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of legal terminology.
Knowledge of legal, secretarial and office practices. Effective communication skills. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage information confidentially. Courteous with internal and external customers. Very well organized.
