ClassLink is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its dynamic 25 person sales team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, streamline operations, and contribute to the team's success by ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This role involves handling schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, maintaining CRM (Salesforce) systems, and serving as a liaison between the sales team and other departments. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in office tools are essential for success in this position.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation.Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and any other necessary communications for team effectivenessCreate and maintain internal folders and other important internal documentsMaintain updated documentation of department processes and proceduresCoordinate team meetings, events, and trainings.Generate Salesforce reportsRespond to customers for field reps when necessaryOther misc duties as related to sales team support



Requirements 1-3 years experience in business management, business operations, project management or other related fieldsBachelor’s degree OR comparable experience in related fieldMust have strong attention to detail, excellence in execution, with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” and “get it done” mentalityOrganizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyCompelling communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to act independently and adeptly manage multiple priorities and timelinesProficient in Google and Microsoft SuitesProficiency with SalesForce or related CRM Ability to work remotely Ability to travel to internal meetings and or events (up to 10%)
