Summary Individual assists the NAVWAR 4.0 Executive Leadership by providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) administrative support services to include, review, editing, formatting, and development of standard Navy instructions, letters, memorandums, messages, and other NAVWAR documentation to ensure compliance with the Navy’s Correspondence Manual. This documentation will focus primarily on Navy Echelon II policy, standards, procedures, and guidance in the areas of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Distance Support (DS), Customer Services, Installation Policy Documentation, and MILCON C4I Integration disciplines within NAVWAR 4.0. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare, edits, formats, and routes formal NAVWAR 4.0 formal correspondence in accordance with the most current version of the DON Correspondence Manual. Prepares, edits, formats, and routes formal awards in accordance with the most current DoD, DON and NAVWAR awards Directives. Prepares, edits, and formats documentation metrics documents, reports, and briefs to support NAVWAR 4.0 competencies. Prepares and maintains the weekly action tracking dashboard and assist with monitoring and uploading taskers into the DoN Tasks, Records, and Consolidated Knowledge Enterprise Repository (DON TRACKER). Updates and maintains electronic files in databases and sites to ensure current information is available for NAVWAR 4.0. Provides NAVWAR 4.0 receptionist support services when required. Updated and maintains NAVWAR 4.0 organizational process assets, i.e., organizational charts, contact lists, and standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (2 years of Navy yeoman/personnel specialist experience may be substituted for each year of college) 5-7 years of Navy experience. Experience with the DoN Correspondence Manual and the proper formatting of formal Navy letters, memos, instructions, notices, etc. Experience conducting independent research and analysis of data and generating coherent recommendations; ideally associated with Navy correspondence, policy documents, instructions/notices, etc. Individual needs to be a self-starter, able to work effectively on an individual basis and/or as part of a team; requires limited to no supervision. Exercises discretion and independent judgement in representing and/or resolving matters of significance on behalf of the customer. Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in English, experience in Navy terminology, and ability to generate coherent Outlook e-mail and Navy correspondence. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, with experience generating detailed PowerPoint presentations. Must be able to successfully pass the required drug test. SECRET Security Clearance (required). Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 8+ years of Navy experience, ideally as a Yeoman aboard large deck or surface combatant platform. Experience with NAVWAR / PEO C4I Policies, Processes, and Procedures. Basic knowledge of Navy C4I systems. Integrits Corporation complies with provisions of the EEO and ADA laws.
