Our client, a professional organization, located in central west Edmonton is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Leadership group to join their team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and contribute to high-stakes organizational initiatives.
Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for executive leaders, managing email, calls, and correspondence.Coordinate and maintain dynamic calendars, ensuring preparedness for meetings and events.Prepare, proofread, and distribute confidential documents and materials for meetings, conferences, and events.Support high-profile events, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and onsite coordination.Assist with travel arrangements, scheduling, and general administrative support for executive team members.Maintain accurate records, databases, and files.Qualifications:Certificate or diploma in administration or a related field.5+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior executives.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Discretion, diplomacy, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Experience navigating politically sensitive environments is an asset.Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.Why Join Us?Competitive salary with structured growth opportunities based on performance and tenure.Comprehensive, 100% employer-paid benefits for you and your family.Work-life balance: 35-hour work weekAdditional perks: free onsite parking, gym access, outdoor patio, cafeteria, and quiet spaces.Opportunity to support impactful events in Edmonton.
