Responsible for providing administrative support to four leaders, this role coordinates all office functions across the leadership team to ensure efficient operations. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative task and projects.
Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint and generate data reports in Excel or other relevant software.
Coordinate and schedule meetings.
Maintain confidentiality.
Organize and support special projects and events, including logistics and communications.
Order office supplies for the site to ensure smooth operations.
Others duties as needed.
Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries.
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for visitors and team members.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Qualifying Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Customer Service or Administrative assistant experience a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
