Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant provides critical support to both the President, Commercial and Business Transformation and Development teams. 80% of this role will be standing up the travel program which is currently outsourced. This would include booking travel, negotiating rates with hotels, creating "travel profile" forms for the organization and working with Amex to make sure all gets approved. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills to work across teams and departments

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Administrative Assistance experience
High School Diploma
Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools
Experience managing travel schedules, negotiating hotels, booking flights, and being part of the travel program
Experience with expense reporting for senior-level executives Notary Public
