Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant TSP 3315
**Job Description:**
+ Perform data integrity checks by validating and searching for information across various sources.
+ Maintain document management systems, addressing linking issues, and digitizing hard copy files.
+ Monitor project tracking progress and follow up as needed to ensure timely completion.
+ Create maintenance notifications for planning and scheduling activities.
+ Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance document control processes.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school graduate, with a preference for post-secondary education in Office Administration or Document Control experience.
+ At least 3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in engineering or manufacturing.
+ Familiarity with systems like SAP, SharePoint, and SPF.
+ Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
+ Work experience in Document Control.
