Responsibilities:
-Strive to answer all calls on the first ring in a courteous and professional manner
-Deliver telephone messages promptly to the appropriate person
-Monitor consultants email correspondences
-Establish new cases in the company's database, create new case file folders
-Follow up with clients to obtain new material, deadlines, etc.
-Maintain confidential materials and media (occasionally graphic or disturbing materials)
-Manage consultants caseload, keeping them on deadlines
-Schedule inspections, phone conferences, meetings, depositions, trial testimony, etc.
-Coordinate services with appropriate personnel, follow through with delivery of lab services
-Procurement: office supplies, shipping supplies, exemplar purchases, standards, etc., as directed
-Ensure timely invoicing
-Proofread reports to ensure accuracy and clarity
-Research various products
-Keep consultants on deadlines
-Occasional evidence handling
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Experience working as an administrator in a legal office (preferred)
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Must have excellent computer skills
-Proficient in Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
-High school graduate or some college desirable, but must have 5+ years experience in administrative setting
-Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills
-Articulate and professional with strong listening and phone skills
-Exemplary organization and time management skills
-Works well under pressure
-Self-motivated
-Multi-Tasker
-Must be able to work independently, resolve clients questions or refer them to the proper person
-Must sign a confidentiality agreement.
