Our client, a leading educational organization, is seeking an Administrative Associate 2 to join their team. As an Administrative Associate 2, you will be part of the Bing Overseas Studies Program (BOSP) supporting various global centers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Associate 2
**Location:** Stanford, CA
**Pay Range:** $30 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Respond to inquiries and determine and take appropriate action as required, serving as a resource regarding a defined set of policies and procedures.
+ Perform duties associated with scheduling, organizing, and operating conferences, seminars, and events, including vendor coordination and logistics management.
+ Draft and generate communications; coordinate production and dissemination of documents, such as presentations and complex reports.
+ Plan and schedule calendars, resolve conflicts, and support global centers with various administrative tasks.
+ Partner with BOSP finance to process and monitor routine financial transactions, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience in administrative support or a related field.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with financial processes and vendor management is a plus.
