**29870BR** **Job Title:** Administrative Associate **Department:** French, Francophone & Italian **Primary Campus:** University of Kansas Lawrence Campus **Job Description:** 60% Communication + Generate and execute targeted promotion campaigns to increase enrollment in undergraduate and graduate programs + Course, Event, and Program promotion, including flyers, digital advertisements, brochures, videos, etc. + Create and maintain social media content, requesting, collecting and editing information from faculty and graduate students + Update and maintain departmental website and assist with management and creation of content, including faculty pages, department news and events, and course descriptions. One year experience with communications and/or public relations work, including event planning, as evidenced by employment history **Position Overview:** The Departments of French, Francophone, and Italian Studies; East Asian Languages and Cultures; and Slavic, German, and Eurasian Studies at the University of Kanas are looking to hire a part-time Administrative Associate to assist with the promotion and operation of the departments. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with advanced design skills who manages their time effectively.
