**Job Description** **US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED** \#LI-SMOOT **Administrative Associate IV - National Space - Security Clearance Required - TS/SCI** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our National Space team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple programs, including complex administrative tasks, document preparation, data analysis, and coordination of activities. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure. The National Space Strategic Business Unit works with members of the intelligence and defense communities to deliver space systems that drive mission success and provide resilient mission-level solutions to meet the customer s greatest challenges. **What You ll Do:** + Provide administrative support to multiple program teams, including preparing reports, compiling data, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. + Maintain databases, records, and spreadsheets, and perform data entry. + Prepare written documents, communications, and presentation materials for meetings and presentations. + Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, keep minutes as necessary. + Arrange travel and prepare business expense reports using Concur. + Maintain program calendars. + Perform computer data entry, retrieval, and word processing, and operate other computer software programs and office equipment. + Coordinate events and training for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU). + Work with highly confidential information. + Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. + Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. + Perform other duties as necessary. O **n-Site Work Environment:** This position requires regular in-person engagement by working **on-site five days** each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required. **Working Conditions:** + Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + High School diploma or equivalent plus 3 or more years of related experience. + Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor s or Master s, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. + A current, active TS/SCI security clearance required. + Extensive computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Applications) and high-level administrative skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Solid organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $52690.000 - $84260.000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
