Administrative Asst
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant - Billing will be responsible for managing and processing billing transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all billing-related activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing or construction industry and possess strong administrative and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. + Maintain and update billing records and databases. + Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies. + Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing. + Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate billing. + Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments. + Support general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. + Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in billing. + Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is highly desirable. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Familiarity with billing software and accounting principles.
