Administrative Clerk

The Administrative Assistant or Clerk reports to the Facility Manager and has primary responsibility for clerical / administrative duties of a varied and / or specialized nature. Duties may include collecting, processing, and analyzing data and report preparation. Provides administrative support for special projects. Organizes and expedites the flow of information through the manager’s office;

Performs other clerical / administrative work as needed. Works independently, under general direction only, and performs administrative tasks of a more confidential, complex, technical and “project oriented” nature.

Primary Responsibilities

Work closely with the Facility Management Team and provides support with specific tasks.

Timely order of indirect purchasing materials for the facility needs while maintaining a good balance between inventory level and transport cost.

Work closely with Facility functions, Customer Care and NA Quality in regard of SCAR, COA or other quality requirements and/or issues.

Manages monthly reports and updates on intranet and ensures the accuracy and timely submission

Supports the scheduling of recruitment as well as on-boarding of the new employees and maintains a close communication with H.B. Fuller HR Dept and various contract/temp agencies.

Manages Janitorial, Pest Control, Landscaping and Uniform services.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma, or GED.

Two years of administrative experience within H.B. Fuller or, four years administrative experience outside of Fuller

Additional experience in functional area, as determined.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suites

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Preferred Requirements

Ability to perform under limited supervision, with discretion and independent judgment

Ability to use tact and discretion

Experience working in ERP system(s) (example SAP)

Knowledge of company organization, policies, and personnel

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $15.52/hr - $19.40/hr.
