We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled individual to provide administrative support.  Work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday 7:30-3:30pm, in office, no remote work. 

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Answering and directing all incoming calls and voicemail.  Monitoring general email inbox and responding as needed.  Create, maintain and update data files (Excel, Word, SharePoint and Smartsheet). Managing Accounts Payable processes such as making credit card payments and creating weekly spreadsheets in preparation for payments. Filing records both electronically and physically Ordering and maintaining office supplies Perform Timesheet and Billing Support. Responsible for sending letters and other types of documentation to customers, vendors and staff.  Support both Field Personnel and Customers. Demonstrate organizational skills and the able to keep track of tasks and deadlines. Manage company vehicle systems to ensure field compliance.  Learn and perform other admin duties as required or needed.  Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years-of-age or older. Proficient in English is required Excellent overall computing skills required Business or Office administration related diploma/degree/accreditation preferred Strong communication skills Efficient typing ability Microsoft Office Intermediate to advanced skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) Time management and Organizational skills Basic process and flowchart skills. Must have a high degree of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations, demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy Maintain detailed and organized files. Must be flexible to changing priorities. Must be able to write, read and comprehend written and verbal job instructions/information. Must be able to communicate with others. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Must have a valid driver’s license.  Education & Experience High School diploma required. 2+ years of related work experience preferred.  Pre-Screen Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check. License & Certifications: Valid driver's license required. As a full-service utility contractor, Asplundh performs tree pruning and removals, right-of-way clearing and maintenance, vegetation management with herbicides, and emergency storm work and logistical support. Asplundh is the parent company of Asplundh Infrastructure Group whose subsidiaries provide overhead and underground line construction, planning and design, meter reading and AMR/AMI installation, electrical testing, and street lighting/traffic signal services. Asplundh also operates Rotor Blade Airborne Utilities Management, overhead electric distribution, and transmission lines using MD 500 helicopters.
