Utilizes computer programs and other standard office equipment to record, store and retrieve information Provides new employees with appropriate employment forms and processes new hire paperwork Assists in all aspects of the hiring and recruiting process, including scheduling of interviews and tests, phone screens, and updating candidate information in applicant tracking system Processes employee termination paperwork and administers exit interviews Processes weekly payroll functions Provides clerical support to DC leadership, as needed Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
