Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to become a part of our home services remodeling team in Londonderry, New Hampshire. This role offers a contract with the potential for a permanent position. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our team, assisting in scheduling, customer service, reception duties, and payment collection. You will be part of a team of 4 administrators, ensuring smooth operations within our office from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary receptionist, answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing and resolving any issues that arise • Manage data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is accurate and up-to-date • Handle email correspondence, responding to queries and sending out necessary information • Balance both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining clear and effective communication • Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record keeping • Maintain schedules and appointments using Microsoft Outlook • Prepare and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint • Draft and edit documents using Microsoft Word • Collect payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded and processed appropriately.
