POSITION SUMMARY:

The Resort Marketing Administrative Coordinator serves as the primary liaison for assigned Business Units (BUs), ensuring their needs are fully understood and met with all necessary details. A key responsibility of this role is to coordinate, manage, and prioritise Resort Marketing documentation and records efficiently. Additionally, the Administrative Coordinator collaborates closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding, oversee the development of deliverables supporting various campaigns and promotional initiatives, and establish timelines to fulfill BU requests in a timely manner. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with BU representatives to align on the various needs and expectations.Develop and execute all marketing initiatives and ensure delivery is within the corporate branding guidelines of City of Dreams Mediterranean.Regularly follow up with BU representatives to gather feedback and address concerns.Adheres to all departmental and company policies and procedures, including the implementation of initiatives and practices to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.Assist the responsible marketing executive for any production procedures required for the relevant BUs when necessary.Manage all Marketing-related administrative and financial duties as required, including internal forms, queries, reports, service orders, invoices (incl. DocuSign), budgets and (travel) expenses.Handle, track and organize purchasing requests using company systems, software and processes until successful delivery is achieved.Assist in developing, maintaining, and reviewing policies and procedures for Resort Marketing operations.Acts as a main contact point of the department.Assist Senior Marketing Management with the tracking and recording of Key Performance Indicators for the Marketing TeamHandle and resolve administrative issues and conflicts.Carries out additional job duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by supervisors or managers.Maintains the highest standard of professionalism and ethics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience

At least 2 years or more administration experience or in a similar role is essential.Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field.

Skills / Competencies

Competent computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously without compromising quality.Excellent verbal and written communication in both Greek and English languages to convey requirements and expectations clearly.Quick and proactive in resolving concerns and interdepartmental challenges.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
