FlexStaff is hiring a long-term temporary Administrative Coordinator for our client, a power and utility company, for up to 1 year. This position is 100% on-site in Astoria, Queens, with hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You will report directly to the VP of Operations.
Important: A car is required for this role, as you will need to run occasional errands, such as picking up lunch and making post office runs.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality, as you will have access to the VP's email and calendar
In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative duties for the VP of Operations and may occasionally support other team members. If you meet these qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

The salary range for this position is $35-$37/hour
