Job Duties:
The Administrative Coordinator for the Global Health Coordinating Center is designed to support the Director in the seamless execution of departmental functions. This position demands a high level of attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across clinical, research, and academic departments. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the administration of educational agreements and facilitate effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials. Draft, review, and manage foreign educational agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Serve as a liaison between the Global Health department and clinical, research, and academic programs, fostering effective collaboration and communication. Organize and coordinate departmental events, seminars, and workshops. Maintain detailed and accurate records of departmental activities, agreements, and communications. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures. Maintain and update databases.Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and as needed on occasion.
