Job Description
 

The Trodelvy Marketing Administrative Coordinator is responsible to provide administrative support to the Lung & Bladder Senior Director, Breast Senior Director, and Regional Marketing Senior Director.  In addition, this role will also provide support on project management and key processes.  This role will report to the Senior Director, Trodelvy HCP Marketing, Lung and Bladder Indication Lead. 

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative support – supporting 3 leadership team members including, but not limited to:

Provide support for standard administrative needs, e.g., travel plan, expenses reimbursements, etc. as neededScheduling support for teamsTeam events planning and execution
 

Key process support – this includes but is not limited to:

Support all steps for work order initiation per team members requests, submitting to system with the appropriate documentationsTrack work order progress through contract initiation, PO issue, and invoicing; problem-solve with project managers when issues arise 
 

Key project management support – this includes but is not limited to:

Support calendaring of key meetings with US Marketing leadership, Senior Commercial Leadership, and Global team to optimize collaboration on launch deliverables for Lung and Bladder Maintain work plans on key launch initiatives which include project plan, tasks, and milestonesSupport tracking of budget across Lung and Bladder, identify areas of over or under spend, and support team in delivering on annual budget
 Basic Qualifications:

High School and Three Years' Experience

OR

Associate Degree and Two Years' Experience

OR

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience as administrative assistant highly preferredAbility to follow SOP (Standard operating procedures) and providing efficiency in processes highly desirableGood project management skills to set work targets, track progress and milestones highly desirableProactiveness, good problem solving skills, ability to work with multiple teams highly preferred  


 

The salary range for this position is: $109,650.00 - $141,900.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans*.
