We are seeking an adaptable, upbeat, and highly organized individual to join our Risk Management team as an Administrative Coordinator. This role provides critical administrative and clerical support, including direct assistance to the Director of Risk Management. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, capable of handling both routine responsibilities and special projects with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team membersManage multiple calendars and coordinate meetingsAccurately record and distribute meeting minutesDistribute mail to the appropriate recipientsOrder and maintain department supplies, as necessaryPlan and organize department anniversaries and other team activitiesProcess invoices and team reimbursements as well as track department expensesUpdate electronic files and other resources for various Risk Management programsPerform routine quality assurance checks for Risk Management processesConduct research and support special projects, as assignedParticipate in a rotating schedule (during and after business hours) to ensure timely dissemination of Report a Potential Claim (RPC) notificationsOther Required Skills and Attributes:
