The Administrative Coordinator performs a variety of clerical functions including typing, data entry, scanning, copying, and may support Receptionist or other personnel.

What You'll Do Coordinate the daily operations of the mailroom, including receiving mail, sorting, scanning, processing and distribution of mail and packages. Assist staff with mail-related inquiries. Focuses on gaining knowledge of mail services to improve processes.Process outgoing overnight items and deliver incoming envelopes/light packages through FedexProvides reception assistances such as answering telephones and greeting visitorsAssist with onsite eventsResponsible for maintaining accurate supply inventory including restocking paper, printer assistance, and scanning supportAssist with projects, reports, and other duties as assigned What's in it For You?

Ability to work independently and able to prioritize tasks effectively and timely. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
